- CAT 48 HP* Turbo Diesel Engine
-The top-of-the-line CAT C1.7L turbo diesel engine has a life expectancy between four and five thousand hours (double that of gas engines). It's rated at 48 gross horsepower (the highest for a zero turn mower in its class) and 1700cc of grass dominating power.
